Job Summary: We are seeking a Power BI + DBT Developer to collaborate on dashboard development and optimization, data modeling, and data source integration. Key Highlights: 1. We are over 4,000 professionals across 11 countries, with a multicultural, startup-like culture that fosters innovation, continuous learning, and the creation of high-impact solutions for our clients. **We are looking for: Power BI \+ DBT Developer** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and datasets, ensuring quality, availability, and user experience. * Build, transform, and model data using DBT, adhering to best practices for versioning, modularity, and documentation. * Integrate diverse data sources, design semantic models, and ensure consistency across analytical layers. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements, define metrics, and propose visualization and reporting solutions. * Implement testing, validation, and monitoring to ensure pipeline integrity and performance. * Document architecture, models, processes, and standards to ensure maintainability and scalability. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * 3+ years of Power BI development experience (advanced DAX, data modeling, Power Query, performance optimization). * 2+ years of hands-on DBT experience (Cloud or Open Source), including model creation, tests, macros, and documentation. * Experience integrating data from SQL and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Experience designing analytical and semantic models (star schema, data marts). * Experience in end-to-end BI/Analytics projects. * 100% remote work mode. * Advanced Spanish. **Desirable:** * Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse). * Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. * Experience with data cataloging or data governance tools. * Additional knowledge of Python or ETL/ELT. * Intermediate-to-advanced English for collaboration with global teams. **We Offer** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible working arrangements and remote work options. * Personalized career path and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
