In this position, you will join the Control Center Area within the OPERATIONS & CONSTRUCTION team of the R-GBU (Renewable Group Business Unit). We are currently seeking a Control Center Expert for our Madrid office. **Mission** The Control Center team is responsible for supervising and controlling the performance of ENGIE’s renewable portfolio assets. The Control Center Operator position will be based at ENGIE’s Madrid office. Reporting to the Control Center Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: * Reviewing and categorizing events in the Stop Log Book * Coordinating with the Operations Department to refine event categorization in the Stop Log Book * Preparing production and availability reports (wind farms, hydroelectric plants, etc.) as well as turbine fleet reports (production and availability) * Reporting: Preparing daily, monthly, and annual production reports and incident tracking. Daily reporting to dispatch coordinators and other market agents * Real-time remote monitoring and control of renewable assets * Managing on-site maintenance teams (both internal and client teams) to carry out necessary repairs * Acting as the operational liaison during grid disconnection operations and other interventions **Minimum Requirements** * Engineering degree * 1–2 years’ experience in energy and control centers * Renewable technologies * Proficiency with Excel and other Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) * Programming languages (Python preferred) * Knowledge of BI tools (desirable) * Communication/presentation skills and relationship management **Competencies Required for the Role** * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Effective time management * Communication skills * Teamwork-oriented mindset **Commitment to Inclusion** At ENGIE, we value and promote diversity and inclusion.
