Main responsibilities include: * Preparing technical and economic tenders for mechanical installations, both for public tenders and private clients. * Conducting project analysis and review, technical feasibility assessment, proposing improvements and technical alternatives, verifying measurements, etc. * Performing detailed analysis of tender documents to prepare bids. * Drafting technical reports, execution schedules, and other documentation required for public and private tenders. * Designing and calculating installations based on site visits or client requirements, including preparing necessary measurements and schematics for bid submissions. * Requesting quotations from manufacturers and subcontractors, reviewing them, and preparing technical\-economic comparisons. * Monitoring the status of submitted tenders. * Providing technical advice and support to maintenance contract managers and site personnel. * Conducting technical site visits and collecting installation data.
