What is the expected outcome?**We are looking for a person with cross-functional technical knowledge to actively participate in Technical Audits of Product and Manufacturing Processes, Technology Development and Experimental Products. The selected candidate will participate in Technical Audits of ongoing projects, identifying their risks and proposing potential improvements compatible with each project's objectives, aiming to qualify as an independent Technical Approver. The candidate will also contribute to the development and implementation of tools and indicators to improve the efficiency of technical audit processes. **What profile are we looking for?*** Education: Aeronautical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, Physics, Chemistry. * Experience: We seek a candidate with experience in two or more different technical disciplines within ITP Aero’s Engineering area. Level of qualification in each discipline will be valued. * Knowledge: Knowledge in the following areas will be valued: Technical Risk Management, Design Criteria, Analysis Methodologies, Materials Development, Manufacturing Process Development, Technology Development, Failure and Safety Management, Change Management and Approval, Industrialization Process. * Languages: Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
