Position Summary: We are seeking an Applied Sciences Teacher for Basic Vocational Training at a training center, responsible for designing and delivering syllabi, fostering an inclusive environment, and promoting academic innovation. At our training center, we need to hire an Applied Sciences Teacher for the Basic Vocational Training program contracted with the Community of Madrid (CAM), to carry out the following responsibilities: * Design and deliver training syllabi in accordance with current legislation, ensuring their suitability to students’ needs. * Motivate students and foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages active student participation. * Participate in internal center coordination, attending scheduled faculty meetings and other sessions (e.g., evaluation, follow-up, etc.). * Develop and implement academic innovation processes within the subject area (e.g., project-based learning, gamification, active methodologies, etc.). * Participate in working groups aimed at improving the Professional Training Center’s processes and integrating them with other departments. * Promote values and competencies among students to support their professional and personal development. * Collaborate with the guidance department, incorporating intervention proposals and student support measures into daily practice. *What We Offer:* * Immediate hiring. * Location: Vicálvaro (Madrid) * 15 teaching hours (Applied Sciences + Physical Education). * Salary aligned with the CAM delegated payment salary scales. * **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree (Biology or related fields). * Master’s degree in Teacher Training.
