Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional for marine observation in the telecommunications sector, responsible for monitoring and recording fishing operations, as well as data validation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functions focused on marine observation and fisheries monitoring. 2. Operation of specialized software for fisheries data analysis. 3. Verification of compliance with fisheries regulations and sustainability standards. We are seeking an administrative professional whose functions focus on marine observation, for a telecommunications company located in Alcobendas. Main responsibilities include detailed supervision and recording of fishing operations, as well as collection and validation of biological and fisheries data. The position requires operation of specialized software for collection and analysis of fisheries information, as well as monitoring of fishing equipment and signaling systems. The ability to prepare technical reports, collect and dispatch biological samples, and verify compliance with fisheries and sustainability regulations will be valued. A vocational training qualification in technical, environmental or maritime fields is required. Prior experience in marine biology or the fisheries sector is desirable, as well as proficiency in computer tools and analytical software. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift, from 08:00 to 17:30, including statutory breaks, is offered. * Prior experience as a marine biologist or within the fisheries sector is advantageous. * Proficiency in computer tools and data analysis software. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Residence near the workplace is advantageous.
