At Hotel Unico Madrid \- Patio de Claudio, we are recruiting a responsible Kitchen Assistant tasked with organizing workstations—including all ingredients and kitchen equipment—preparing dishes according to chef protocols, and developing culinary skills alongside the rest of the team. Key responsibilities include: Preparing ingredients and cooking utensils. Ensuring excellent dish presentation according to chef and menu protocols. Maintaining a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment. Ensuring all food and other products are stored appropriately. Checking ingredient quality. Inventory control and order placement. ### **Requirements** Education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience. Ability to work autonomously. ### **Offered** Permanent contract. Full-time working hours. Uniform and one meal per shift included. Excellent work environment and camaraderie.
