We seek professionals who want to **grow, innovate, and be part of a team where excellence is part of everyday life.** **Join Our Team** **Position:** Junior Compliance Technician **Location:** Madrid **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in managing and monitoring the Group's Whistleblowing Channel, collaborating in the registration, preliminary analysis, and coordination of received communications. * Assist in conducting and monitoring internal investigations, gathering information, documentation, and evidence, as well as preparing supporting documentation. * Collaborate in deploying and maintaining the Group's Compliance Model, participating in its implementation and monitoring action plans. * Support the review, updating, and dissemination of internal compliance policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Participate in preparing, coordinating, and monitoring training activities and awareness-raising campaigns on compliance and corporate ethics. * Support third-party due diligence processes, including collecting, analyzing, and reviewing relevant information and documentation. * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for the Group's Risk and Compliance Committee. * Collaborate with various business areas to resolve queries related to the Compliance Program and promote a compliance culture within the Group. **What We Offer:** * **Internship agreement with study assistance or training contract** * **Immediate incorporation** into a collaborative and specialized team. **An Environment That Enhances Your Development** * You will learn practically by participating in projects and decisions of significance. * You will benefit from mentorship by an experienced team that will drive your development and learning. * You will join a dynamic environment that fosters initiative, learning, and the development of new capabilities. This principle forms part of our Corporate and People Policy, aligned with Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, on Effective Equality Between Women and Men.* **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s Degree in Law. * Completed or ongoing Master's Degree in Legal Practice (candidates in the final phase of the Master's program for internship purposes will be considered). * Minimum English level B2, with ability to operate in professional environments and review English-language documentation. * Advanced proficiency in office tools, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience: + No prior professional experience required for internship positions. + For junior positions, up to 2 years of prior experience will be valued, preferably gained through internships, training contracts, or initial professional experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Control, or related areas. * Particularly valued: + Interest and motivation to pursue a professional career in Compliance and Corporate Governance. + Additional training in Compliance, criminal prevention, data protection, corporate ethics, risk management, or related subjects. + Completion of undergraduate or master’s theses or academic projects related to Compliance or regulatory compliance. + Prior internship experience in legal departments, Compliance, Audit, Consulting, or Internal Control areas. + Basic knowledge of Compliance management systems, whistleblowing channels, internal investigations, and due diligence processes.
