Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and follow instructions We are looking for a person to fill the position of bakery assistant in Alcobendas. Main responsibilities will include preparing and handling doughs, always ensuring product quality and freshness. It will also be essential to keep the workplace clean and organized, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. The position requires using specific kitchen equipment for baking and operating ovens, including at high temperatures. Prior experience in oven operation or high-temperature environments is required, as well as experience in food handling, particularly doughs. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and follow instructions to maintain production consistency is highly valued. An initial one-month contract is offered, with potential extension and possible future stability. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00, with occasional Saturday work possibly required. Candidates must reside in Alcobendas or nearby areas and have their own vehicle. Previous experience in oven operation or high-temperature environments. Experience in food handling, especially bakery doughs. Residence in Alcobendas or nearby areas. Own vehicle required for commuting to the workplace.
