




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced baker with expertise in dough handling and oven operation to ensure product quality and freshness, participating in preparation and baking. We need a baker for Alcobendas with experience in dough handling and oven operation. The primary mission will be to ensure the quality and freshness of all bakery products, actively participating in dough preparation, baking, and maintaining order and cleanliness. Prior experience in hot environments and with food handling is valued, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Working hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00, with possible Saturday shifts required depending on workload. A monthly contract is offered, with potential for renewal and long-term employment. The pay rate is set at €10.31 gross per hour. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow professionally, who is proactive, pays attention to detail, and strictly adheres to food hygiene and safety regulations. Flexibility to adapt to varying work rhythms is considered an advantage. Prior experience in oven operation or high-temperature environments. Experience in food handling, especially dough. Residence in Alcobendas or nearby areas. A personal vehicle is required for commuting.
