




Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to provide excellent customer service, manage the switchboard, welcome clients, support events, and coordinate administrative services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and switchboard management. 2. Support in organizing meetings and coordinating services. 3. Part-time morning shift with flexible hours. We are looking for a person to fill the position of receptionist, responsible for delivering excellent service at our facilities in Madrid. Your main responsibilities will include full switchboard management—answering and screening calls to ensure proper routing to the relevant partners or teams. You will also greet clients and visitors, offering courteous and professional service. Additionally, you will support the organization of internal meetings and events, including room setup and providing basic amenities for attendees. Another key part of your role will be coordinating with courier, parcel delivery, and various external service providers, as well as performing general administrative tasks associated with the position. The working schedule will be part-time, 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, morning shift, with flexible hours between 08:30 and 15:30\. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in reception roles within law firms. * We seek a communicative, organized individual with a professional demeanor. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * \- English level B2. Education in administration or related field.
