




Job Summary: We are seeking a Back-Office Administrative Assistant for a long-term interim position in the insurance sector, responsible for managing documentation, handling calls, processing claims, and resolving incidents to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of accident and claim files. 2. Interaction with insured parties and healthcare professionals. 3. Customer orientation and regulatory compliance. This is a Back-Office administrative position for a long-term interim assignment at an insurance company located in the northern area of Madrid. Main duties include receiving and making calls, managing administrative and medical documentation for processing declared accident files, and tracking requests from insured parties and healthcare professionals. The role also involves telephonic claim reporting, authorization management, and incident resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with data protection regulations. Employment conditions include an interim contract due to long-term temporary incapacity, with an annual salary of €18,000 plus a monthly restaurant card worth €181. Working hours are from 08:00/08:30 to 17:00/17:30, combining two days per week in the office and three days working remotely. During July and August, an intensive schedule applies, from 08:00/08:30 to 15:00/15:30. * Education in administration or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in the insurance sector. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Teamwork skills. * Customer orientation
