Invoice issuance and telephone support We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform administrative and document management tasks in Castellbisbal. Main duties include delivery note control, from receipt and verification to registration and filing. The candidate will also be responsible for order tracking, ensuring orders are prepared and delivered correctly. Additionally, they will issue invoices and maintain records of receipts and payments. The position also involves telephone support and incident resolution, along with other daily administrative tasks. Full-time position, totaling 40 hours per week. Work schedule is Monday to Friday on a split shift, from 09:00 to 17:00, respecting statutory breaks. * Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a role identical or similar to the one described. * We seek a dynamic and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Possession of a Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Degree in Business Administration and Management (GM/GS) or equivalent.
