




Job Summary: This administrative position involves managing the operations and administration of a retail outlet, including customer service, shipment registration, and local customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of the operations and administration of a retail outlet. 2. Customer service and customer acquisition in the local area. 3. Various administrative tasks and cash register closing. Administrative position in Madrid. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, on rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 10:30 AM and 8:00 PM, with legally mandated breaks. Responsibilities include managing the operations and administration of a retail outlet, registering shipments and deliveries, attending to customers, opening or closing the store as needed, performing cash reconciliations and register closings, and acquiring local customers. Other duties inherent to the role are also performed. * Minimum one year of experience in customer service roles. * We seek a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vocational Training in Administration (FP Administración).
