Responsible for general facilities, general maintenance, handling alerts or incidents, and logistical support during events. ### **Requirements** Minimum requirements: General knowledge of building maintenance tasks, water systems, electricity, painting, etc. Desirable requirements: Any additional specific knowledge of particular installations. Required skills: As previously mentioned, and ability to use tools and computer terminals at user level. Academic education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and vocational training related to the sector. Years of experience in the sector: 5 to 10\. Hotel experience is valued. ### **We offer** Salary range: 1\.600€ net monthly Working hours: Rotating shifts and days, morning or afternoon shift. Schedule from 8 to 23 hours. Two rotating days off per week Contract type: Stable permanent discontinuous contract
