#### **2D Motion Designer — Turn Bold Design into Dynamic Stadium Content** At **AIM Sport**, we bring digital signage to life on football’s biggest stages — working with the world’s top clubs and brands to create impactful in\-stadium content seen by millions. Our work appears in over 300 stadiums globally and features alongside giants like Real Madrid CF, Paris Saint\-Germain F.C., FC Bayern Munich, Adidas, Heineken, and Mastercard. Our Creative Studio in Madrid blends design, animation, and storytelling to produce bold brand experiences for stadium LED systems. We’re now looking to strengthen our 2D animation team with a **Motion Designer** who’s as passionate about great design as they are about smooth, expressive motion. This is the perfect role for a **designer who loves animating** — someone who can transform layouts, typography, and visual ideas into eye\-catching motion graphics. ### **What You’ll Do** * Create 2D motion design content for stadium LED screens, digital signage, and branded campaigns. * Animate layouts, typography, and graphic elements with precision and energy in After Effects. * Work from brand guidelines to build clean, bold, and dynamic motion assets. * Collaborate with designers, art directors, and 3D artists to create cohesive visuals. * Build storyboards, styleframes, and motion concepts. * Maintain clean project structures and delivery\-ready files for production. * Help define and champion high\-quality 2D motion within the studio. ### **What We’re Looking For** **Must\-haves:** * Strong skills in Adobe After Effects — particularly 2D animation and design integration. * Solid graphic design foundations (layout, typography, composition, colour). * Ability to storyboard or translate static concepts into motion. * Good understanding of timing, easing, and motion principles. * Experience working with brand guidelines and delivering polished, on\-brand work. * Comfortable collaborating with a design team and working with assets built in Figma. * Collaborative team player, comfortable taking direction or leading smaller motion tasks. **Nice to have:** * Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools (not required, but a plus). * Experience in digital signage, sports, or broadcast environments. * Experience creating reusable animation templates or toolkits. * Basic understanding of LED screen specs and format variations. ### **Why Join Us?** * Your animations will be seen in stadiums and venues around the world. * Work on high\-visibility branding content for major global clients. * Join a friendly, international team in Madrid, steps away from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. * Be part of a growing creative studio where your skills will have a real impact. * Perks include coffee, fresh fruit, team outings, and annual events like our Christmas party.
