You will be the key player in ensuring our technology services operate efficiently, delivering high-quality solutions and contributing to continuous process improvement. Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning, managing, and monitoring projects and tasks within your area of responsibility, keeping management information consistently up to date. * Overseeing change control and ensuring proper implementation of new features or enhancements to applications. * Coordinating the technical team to ensure efficiency, communication, and achievement of objectives. * Analyzing application maintenance trends, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions. * Ensuring standardization of documentation and user manuals, as well as supporting implementation and final adjustments of procedures. * Collaborating closely with testing specialists to guarantee development quality and continuous delivery of value.
