Ensuring traceability among requirements, design, and simulation Overview: **Simulation \& CAE Engineer** ------------------------------ ### **About the Project** You will join a strategic PLM implementation project in an **automotive** environment, where advanced simulation plays a key role in product development digitalization. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to elevate virtual engineering to the next level within a complex and challenging industrial ecosystem.### **️ What Will You Do Daily?** * Serve as the **technical expert in engineering simulation (CAE/FEM)** within the PLM implementation program. * Define, standardize, and integrate **structural, thermal, dynamic, and multiphysics simulation processes** into the PLM ecosystem. * Collaborate closely with **mechanical, mechatronic, and electrical/electronic engineering teams** to ensure proper digitalization of models and simulation workflows. * Participate in the design and definition of **HPC architectures and solutions** for executing complex simulations. * Configure and integrate **Dassault Systèmes** solutions (3DEXPERIENCE, SIMULIA, CATIA, ENOVIA). * Ensure **end-to-end traceability** among requirements, design, simulation, and validation within the PLM environment. * Define **best practices, standards, and simulation methodologies** for the organization. * Work hand-in-hand with **IT and business teams** to ensure effective PLM system adoption. * Provide technical support and act as the **focal point for advanced simulation** within the project. ### **✅ What Will Make You Succeed in This Role** * Over **3 years of experience in product engineering simulation** (CAE, FEM, structural and/or multiphysics analysis). * Solid experience in **automotive environments**, especially in mechanical and/or mechatronic product development. * Knowledge and experience working with **HPC applied to simulation**. * Proficiency with **Dassault Systèmes** solutions: + SIMULIA + CATIA + ENOVIA + 3DEXPERIENCE * Experience integrating simulation tools into **PLM environments**. * Familiarity with **product development and virtual validation workflows**. * Ability to work in **multidisciplinary environments** and complex projects. * **Advanced English proficiency**, both spoken and written. ### **➕ Nice-to-Have** * Experience in **simulation applied to electrical/electronic (E/E) systems**. ### **What We Offer?** **Hybrid work** (2 days per week at our Madrid office) Versatile Growth: Learn new languages and earn technical certifications through our Expleo Academy.
