We need someone proactive who is well-versed in driving and rest time regulations and skilled at optimizing vehicle return trips. Main Responsibilities: * Daily management of loads and trucks for customers. * Proficiency in daily operations on Wtransnet (actively searching for loads, posting truck offers, negotiating prices, closing operations). * Selection and contracting of carriers / self-employed drivers. * Real-time service tracking (departures, arrivals, incidents). * Documentation control (CMR). * Optimization of empty kilometers and route profitability. * Resolution of operational issues. Essential Requirements: * Proven experience as a traffic operator, load manager, or traffic officer in a road freight transport company (minimum 1–2 years). * Fluent and regular use of Wtransnet (posting offers, searching for loads, filtering, negotiating… if you do not use it daily, you do not match this profile). * Organized, proactive individual with strong commercial orientation and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to join promptly.
