**SENIOR LOGISTICS CONTROL TOWER SUPERVISOR – MADRID** At TVS SCS Spain, we are seeking a Senior Logistics Operations Supervisor for our Control Tower team in Madrid. This is a key role within the service, combining direct operational management of international transportation with day-to-day functional supervision of the team. You will play an active role in operational decision-making and serve as a reference figure within the team. The selected candidate will perform a key operational role within the service, combining direct management of shipments, incidents, and international logistics coordination with day-to-day functional supervision of the team. They will serve as an operational reference within the team, supporting the Department Head in work organization, task prioritization, and service stability. We seek a candidate with strong operational judgment, capable of making decisions in dynamic environments, maintaining consistency in team management, and ensuring compliance with established procedures—acting as a daily reference. The role requires assertiveness and the ability to manage complex situations both with clients and with the team, maintaining work standards and alignment with the company—even under pressure or high operational load. The position initially starts as a maternity cover contract, representing a genuine opportunity to join the company with real potential for subsequent continuity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Direct management of transportation operations and end\-to\-end tracking of international shipments * Support and assistance to internal and external clients (email/phone in Spanish and English) * Coordination with carriers, logistics operators, and warehouses across Europe * Logistics documentation management: delivery notes, CMR consignment notes, transport documentation, and appointments * Registration and updates in ERP / WMS / TMS systems * Inventory control at external warehouses and validation of adjustments * Management of logistics incidents (delays, shortages, damages), including root cause analysis and follow-up until resolution * Monitoring of operational KPIs and preparation of reporting * Support in daily team organization and workload prioritization * Acting as the team’s operational reference in the absence of the manager * Identifying operational risks and anticipating potential service impacts ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or international operational coordination * Prior experience in comprehensive shipment tracking and management of complex incidents * Experience coordinating teams or performing senior functions within operations is highly valued * Practical English proficiency at B2–C1 level * Intermediate-level Excel skills * Experience with ERP / WMS / TMS systems * A solution-oriented, organized profile with strong prioritization ability and operational vision EDUCATION * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, or related field * A degree in Business Administration (ADE), Logistics, or similar is advantageous WE ESPECIALLY VALUE * Experience in logistics operators, freight forwarders, or 3PL environments * Experience in international operations * Experience working with operational KPIs and reporting * Ability to coordinate teams from an operational position * Experience in multinational environments WE OFFER * Opportunity to join a growing international logistics company * Maternity cover contract with real potential for continuity * Senior operational position with daily supervisory responsibilities * Dynamic international environment * Professional development within the company * Full-time employment * Paid operational on-call duties * Partial remote work, subject to service organization * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience We seek a candidate with proven experience in international logistics operations, capable of autonomously managing daily operations and assuming a reference role within the team—combining direct task execution with support in service coordination, always maintaining clear criteria, operational order, and alignment with company standards.
