Responsibilities Assessment of risks and vulnerabilities in OT systems. Implementation of security measures. Threat monitoring and detection. Continuously monitor OT networks to detect suspicious or unauthorized activities. Implement and manage intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS) in OT environments. Incident response. Collaboration with other multidisciplinary teams. Work closely with IT teams, control engineers, and operations personnel to ensure the security of OT systems. Provide cybersecurity awareness and training to employees working with OT systems. Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and standards, such as NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, among others. Change management and access control. Integration of security into the system lifecycle. Evaluate new security technologies and solutions potentially applicable to OT environments. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in security practices. Requirements Experience in an IT company or in an industry relevant to IT. In-depth knowledge of design and configuration of communication networks. Experience with Windows; knowledge related to security devices, software, networks, and virtualization. Experience in designing, implementing, and auditing virtualized environments. Deep understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN/WLAN), including concepts, services, protocols, as well as experience in developing technical concepts and automated analysis and evaluation of network traffic/communication protocols. Experience with enterprise networks and deep knowledge of security best practices, hardening measures, as well as implementation and operation of complex network and OT security solutions. Desirable: experience with key market manufacturers’ cybersecurity components. Knowledge of relevant security standards (IEC 62443, ISO 2700n, NIST, CRA, etc.). Desirable: cybersecurity certification preferred in IEC 62443 / ISASecure or similar. Desirable: SCADA Security Architect (CSSA) certification. English B2 certificate. Other certifications valued: CompTIA Security+ Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) // Years of experience in the role: > 5 years // Master’s degree / Expert qualification in Cybersecurity or Master’s degree / Expert qualification in Industrial Security or Critical Infrastructure.
