Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Physical Security Specialist to analyze risks, define controls, and manage business continuity and recovery plans. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous on-the-job training We are recruiting a **Physical Security Specialist** to strengthen our team, with the possibility of remote work. **What we are looking for:** * Senior profile with experience in management functions and in preparing reports using Power BI; * Experience in risk analysis, identifying applicable security measures; * Knowledge of defining physical security controls by building type, based on identified risks; * Experience in executing physical vulnerability analysis plans, establishing periodic sampling by facility type; * Ability to perform maturity and protection analyses, evaluating processes, systems, procedures, and staff awareness levels; * Experience in reviewing access control systems, visitor, contractor, and supplier procedures, as well as demarcation of critical zones and security areas; * Knowledge of CCTV and video surveillance systems, ensuring their proper operation and continuous coverage; * Experience in reviewing fire prevention systems (detection, extinguishers, evacuation plans); * Knowledge of creating and maintaining business continuity and crisis management plans, ensuring internal and external communication channels in case of incidents; * Experience in conducting continuity and recovery tests, and in training staff on emergency protocols and participating in drills; * Up-to-date knowledge of regulations and regulatory frameworks, especially DORA and ISO 27001 (mandatory). **What we offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (remote work); * Participation in projects involving innovative technologies and international scope; * Dynamic work environment; * Continuous on-the-job training; * Compensation commensurate with proven experience.
