




Job Summary: We are seeking a specialist to configure and support Mitel OpenScape and Innovaphone telephone systems, providing technical assistance and collaborating on incident management and system updates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Continuous technical support for telephone systems. 2. Collaboration in incident management and system updates. 3. Maintenance of documentation and processes. We are looking for a person responsible for the configuration and support of Mitel OpenScape (Unify/Siemens) and Innovaphone telephone systems. Familiarity with related applications will be necessary to deliver high-quality technical support to customers. On a daily basis, continuous technical support will be provided to the systems, and collaboration with the team within the scope of operations will be required. This includes remote incident and change request management, contract monitoring, and system updates. Additionally, configuration and process documentation will be maintained. A background in IT or technical fields is required, along with strong English proficiency and, preferably, prior experience with the aforementioned systems. Knowledge of networking technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and routing will be beneficial. An independent, organized, and reliable work ethic, combined with strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills, will be highly valued. The position offers an indefinite full-time contract with an annual gross salary between 22,000 and 26,000 euros.
