AESA Radar Product Engineer Are you passionate about RF technologies, antennas, and advanced radar systems? We are seeking professionals with experience in the design, integration, and validation of complex electronic systems to participate in the development of next-generation radar solutions. Your Mission You will join the team responsible for the development, integration, and validation of AESA radar products, participating in all phases of the product lifecycle—from design and requirements definition to testing and final documentation. What You’ll Do Participate in the design and evolution of radar products based on AESA technology. Collaborate on RF design and antenna system activities. Perform integration and testing of complex radiofrequency electronic equipment. Define test requirements and technical specifications. Prepare technical documentation associated with different development phases. Design and execute verification and validation campaigns. Analyze test results and propose technical improvements. Participate in design reviews and product tracking. Coordinate activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Education Telecommunications Engineering (Bachelor’s + Master’s degree), preferably with specialization in Radar, Electronics, or Signal Processing. We will also consider related profiles with equivalent experience. Experience 3 years in electronic engineering, RF, or radar systems environments. Experience in radiofrequency (RF) circuit design. Experience in antennas and radiation. Integration and testing of complex electronic equipment. Laboratory instrumentation handling. Technical Knowledge Matlab. RF circuits. Waveform design. Antennas and radiation. Power amplifiers. Digital reception and generation. Network analyzers. Spectrum analyzers. Oscilloscopes.
