We are now seeking to hire a **Procurement Engineer (Civil and Industrial Construction)** to join our Building Division and manage procurement and contracting processes for the company’s construction projects, ensuring selection of the most suitable suppliers in terms of cost, quality, and delivery schedule.
**The selected candidate will perform the following duties:**
* Manage tendering and contracting processes for construction companies and suppliers.
* Request, compare, and evaluate received economic proposals.
* Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with suppliers.
* Prospect for and identify new suppliers.
* Interpret technical drawings and review quantity take-offs.
* Collaborate with the Technical Office and Construction teams to ensure timely project supply.
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
* Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement within the construction sector; 4 years’ experience in construction site supervision is desirable.
* Intermediate level of English is advantageous.
* Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with Presto software and Microsoft Office.
* Advanced negotiation skills with suppliers.
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central is advantageous.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, organized, and analytically capable individual.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in dynamic construction environments characterized by tight deadlines and continuous changes.
