Tasks include access control, perimeter patrols, visitor assistance, and incident reporting. The working environment is dynamic, involving autonomous work and frequent interaction with employees and visitors; a professional and responsible attitude is required. Working hours are full-time with rotating shifts covering all days, including weekends and public holidays, as well as night shifts with additional salary compensation. The contract is indefinite-term, offering job stability. Certain personal and professional qualifications, detailed in the requirements section, are required to perform this role. An official disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher is required. Prior experience in similar positions—such as auxiliary services staff, security guard, or related functions—is necessary. Candidates must have their own vehicle for commuting or, alternatively, reside in Alcobendas or its surrounding area to facilitate attendance at the workplace. Observational skills, effective communication, and the ability to follow procedures are valued.
