We seek to hire an **Operations Technician and Services Supervisor** to support the daily management of auxiliary services delivered across various centers in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the proper execution of services, supporting staff at centers, coordinating coverage, and acting as the operational liaison between workers, center managers, and company management. This is a position with significant on-site presence at centers, incident resolution, and the ability to cover services when required. Main Responsibilities: * Support the daily operations of staff assigned to various centers in Madrid. * Receive training across all Madrid centers to understand procedures, schedules, tasks, and specific characteristics of each service, enabling temporary assignments when necessary. * Supervise and monitor staff uniformity, presence, punctuality, and appropriate professional image. * Address, channel, and manage staff operational needs: questions, incidents, complaints, material requests, shift changes, or organizational requirements. * Cover services in cases of absence, staffing shortages, or unforeseen incidents, assuming the duties of the position when the regular team cannot provide coverage. * Supervise compliance with procedures, internal protocols, and center-specific regulations. * Conduct periodic supervision visits to assigned centers, verifying proper service delivery and staff performance. * Identify incidents, deviations, or operational needs, proposing solutions and reporting them to management when necessary. * Coordinate with center managers to ensure proper shift coverage, scheduling, reinforcements, and extraordinary requirements. * Prepare inspection and follow-up reports on service quality, identified incidents, and corrective actions implemented. * Verify the condition and appropriate use of resources, uniforms, materials, and work equipment, reporting needs for replenishment, maintenance, or improvement. * Collaborate in operational planning, participating in the organization of schedules, shifts, vacations, substitutions, and staffing adjustments. * Support the onboarding, initial training, and mentoring of new staff at centers. * Monitor work reports, timekeeping records, incidents, and working hour compliance. * Act as the operational liaison between the company, workers, and center managers. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, confidentiality, user treatment standards, and service quality. * **Mandatory: Disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher.** * Prior experience in team coordination, supervision of auxiliary services, concierge duties, access control, cleaning, basic maintenance, or similar services. * Ability to organize shifts, resolve incidents, and manage personnel. * Availability to travel between different centers in Madrid. * Availability to cover services on an ad-hoc basis when required. * Good interpersonal skills, communication ability, and service orientation. * Proactive, organized, responsible, and adaptable individual. * Basic knowledge of IT tools: email, Excel, timekeeping applications, or shift-scheduling software. * Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in special employment centers or services employing persons with disabilities. * Knowledge of shift scheduling, timekeeping control, and absence coverage. * Experience liaising with public or private clients. * Training in occupational health and safety. * Training in the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). * Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks, logistical support, or operational control at centers.
