As part of our staff of over 3,200 professionals, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to improving the lives of 5,100 individuals facing social vulnerability. Responsibilities: Support in administering and dispensing prescribed medication, coordinated with nursing staff and in accordance with medical prescriptions. Direct care for service users, providing assistance with basic daily living activities (personal hygiene, oral-dental hygiene, bathing, dressing, self-care). Support in basic domestic activities at the facility: bed-making, changing bed linens, room organization, clothing management, and laundry. Supervision and support during meals (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner), including dining room preparation and post-meal cleanup. Accompaniment and support for service users during walks, scheduled activities, workshops, and outings. Accompaniment to external appointments (health centers, hospitals, or other administrative tasks), as required. Daily documentation of care activities: incidents, follow-ups, medication administration, and relevant events on the corresponding platform (Resiplus). Coordination and communication with incoming and outgoing shift teams to ensure continuity of care. Occasional support in medication management with family members/guardians in the absence of nursing staff. Adherence to center protocols, safety standards, hygiene, and quality-of-care requirements. Requirements: Official qualification as a Nursing Care Technician Prior experience in caring for individuals with functional diversity, mental health conditions, or dependency (desirable) Basic knowledge of medication administration, wound care, clinical documentation, and holistic care Organized, empathetic individual with a proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team Offered: Temporary contract for the position of Nursing Assistant Shift-based working schedule (Rotation: 7\-3\-4\) Start Date: 27/01/2025 Full-time (100%) Schedule: Morning shift 7:30–15:00; Afternoon shift 14:30–22:00 Salary: According to the Madrid Community Disability Collective Agreement + Specific allowance of €18.33 gross/month.
