We are currently seeking a Nurse for our VERSALLES center. Responsibilities: Direct dispensation and supervision of prescribed medications (oral, topical, or other routes), per medical protocols. Review, monitoring, and preparation of pill organizers. Nighttime observation of users’ general condition, identifying relevant clinical or behavioral signs, and reporting to the technical or nursing team. Direct intervention in cases of agitation or behavioral disturbance, applying verbal or physical accompaniment and containment strategies as needed. Supporting sleep regulation, hygiene, and nighttime comfort. Participation in healthcare emergencies occurring during the shift. Recording of health-related and behavioral incidents, performed checks, and nighttime monitoring. Coordination with registered nurses (DUE) and the technical team to ensure continuity and adaptability of the care plan. Requirements: Official qualification as a Nursing Care Technician Prior experience in caring for individuals with intellectual disability, mental health conditions, or dependency (desirable) Basic knowledge of medication administration, wound care, clinical documentation, and holistic care Organized, empathetic individual with a proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team Offered: Shift-based schedule (Rotation: 3\-2\-2\) Full-time position Temporary contract Working hours: 21:45 to 07:45 Salary according to the Madrid Community Disability Collective Agreement \+ Night shift allowance (as per agreement) \+ Specific allowance of €18.33 gross/month.
