Key responsibilities and requirements. Responsibilities: * Develop sales and purchase plans aligned with the established strategy for departments. * Allocate the sales plan across stores. * Establish the framework for defining assortment and its parameters in collaboration with the buyer (breadth, average depth, average selling price, margins, delivery dates, etc.). * Forecast monthly and campaign results on a weekly basis, identifying opportunities and risks to propose corrective actions. * Manage Open-To-Buy (OTB) according to forecasts and purchasing or blocking capabilities, maximizing sales and profitability. * Manage promotional and clearance strategies. * Analyze promotional results and draw conclusions to optimize future actions. Requirements: * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, or related field (an MBA will be valued). * Minimum of two years’ experience as a merchandiser in retail. * Experience in budget management, sales planning, stock planning, and OTB. * Proficiency in Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint). * Knowledge of the home goods sector will be valued. * Competencies: analytical and organizational skills, proactivity, autonomy, attention to detail, and results orientation.
