Do you want to be part of strategic industrial projects that directly impact the future of Defense and Advanced Industry? **Join our team as an Industrial Project Manager** **What You Will Do** + As an Industrial Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving coordination among key areas including: ✅ Product Engineering ✅ Process Engineering ✅ Prototyping ✅ Procurement ✅ Production Centers Your mission will be to ensure **efficient, stable, and quality-oriented industrialization**, guaranteeing that series production meets the most demanding standards. Your responsibilities will include: **Planning and optimizing processes** in repetitive manufacturing environments. Maintaining **multi-project planning**: milestones, critical path, risks, dependencies. Identifying bottlenecks and proposing **corrective and preventive actions**. Managing **product configuration** and its technical definition (ICAs, IPFs, REEF, product tree). Coordinating technical communication between departments and suppliers. Preparing executive reports for management: - Project status - Forecast of future capacity - Critical risks - Proposals for continuous improvement **Highly Valued:** Prior experience in **companies similar to Indra**, especially in **Processes, Industrialization, Prototyping, Production or Procurement**, which can significantly reduce the learning curve for this role. **What Are We Looking For?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
