




Job Summary: We are seeking a socio-healthcare assistant to accompany and support dependent and elderly individuals in their daily activities, promoting their autonomy and well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Promotion of residents' autonomy and cognitive stimulation. 2. Professional, warm work environment focused on mutual well-being. 3. Teamwork and excellent interpersonal treatment. Job Responsibilities \-Assistance with residents' daily hygiene, personal grooming, and dressing. \-Support with meal intake and hydration monitoring. \-Assistance with transfers (bed-to-chair), ambulation, and postural changes to prevent pressure ulcers. \-Collaboration with the nursing team in administering prescribed medication and taking vital signs. \-Promotion of residents' autonomy and participation in cognitive and social stimulation activities. Requirements Mandatory Qualification: Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. Experience: Prior work experience in residential care facilities or with persons with disabilities. Skills: Empathy, patience, ability to work in a team, and excellent interpersonal skills.
