As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to reinforce our team with an Engineering Delivery Lead - Automated Test Systems (ATS) for strategic defense projects. What will you do? Lead the planning, monitoring, and delivery of automated test benches and equipment (ATS - Automated Test Systems) within complex technology programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensuring proper project execution, guaranteeing adherence to schedules, quality standards, and technical requirements for test system deliveries. The role will serve as the focal point for test solution delivery within the program, collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and the customer. Key Responsibilities Lead the management and monitoring of automated test bench and system projects. Coordinate hardware, software, integration, and testing engineering teams. Plan and supervise technical execution and system test integration. Ensure compliance with deadlines, contractual milestones, and deliverables. Manage technical risks, incidents, and scheduling deviations. Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain to ensure equipment availability. Act as the technical liaison with the customer and program managers. Oversee verification, validation, and acceptance processes for test systems. Coordinate technical reviews, acceptance tests, and test bench deliveries. Report project progress, milestones, and risks to the SAT Area Project and Program Manager. What are we looking for in you? Availability to work in a hybrid model in Torrejón.
