Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, drive innovation, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of energy trading technology. **What you will do:** * Design, develop, and support bespoke software solutions. * Capture requirements effectively and document software processes. * Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers. * Create and execute designs for new functionalities within software projects. * Solve complex problems using sound problem\-solving techniques. * Work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams to achieve shared goals. * Prioritize tasks with customers and deliver solutions in line with expectations. * Participate in peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions. * Estimate effort, evaluate technology options, and suggest process improvements. * Ideally have 5\+ years commercial development experience to act as a technical leader or Lead Software Engineer when required. **What you bring \& who you are:** * Engineering or computer science degree (or similar). * Proficiency in .Net development (predominantly C\#) * Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and software delivery automation. * Experience in the energy trading domain (ETRM applications like OpenLink Endur is a strong plus). * Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment. * Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem\-solving attitude. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams. * Fluent in English and Spanish. **About the team:** At Axpo Iberia, we are a dynamic and diverse team passionate about delivering innovative solutions in the energy trading industry.
