Direct contact with healthcare centers and technological solutions. **Are you looking for your first opportunity in the HealthTech sector?** **Internship: Junior Functional Consultant (Internship)** At **Radmas Technologies**, we are looking for a junior profile with a project management vocation and a passion for technology to support us in managing and supporting our healthcare mobile application. If you are proactive, organized, and motivated by the hospital environment, we want to meet you! **What will be your mission?** Your main objective will be to act as a bridge between the needs of healthcare centers and our technological solutions. * **Consulting:** Identify daily hospital needs and propose functional improvements. * **Project Management:** Attend functional meetings, understand requirements, and delegate tasks to the development team. * **Documentation:** Create and validate support materials, manuals, and project presentations. * **Functional Support:** Resolve questions regarding application usage and coordinate solutions with developers. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree (Administration and Finance), Intermediate Vocational Training Degree (Business Management), or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE). * **Tech-Savvy Profile:** Natural affinity for technology (iOS/Android environments) and ability to communicate effectively with technical profiles. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, proactivity, and a project management mindset. **Internship Program Conditions** We have designed this program with the genuine goal of building your career with us. * **Duration:** 6-month internship agreement. * **Study Allowance:** €850 gross/month. * **Career Plan:** After 6 months, based on performance, a real possibility of an **indefinite contract**. * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:30 (1-hour lunch break) / Friday: Intensive shift from 09:00–15:00. * **Location:** Madrid (Offices on Calle Aguacate). **Are you interested in the challenge?** **Apply here:** https://jobs.radmas.com/ Legal Notice: Your data will be processed by RADMAS TECHNOLOGIES SL exclusively for recruitment purposes in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679\.
