Propose training needs to optimize employees’ performance. * Manage implementation of continuous improvement culture among operators. Budget management. * Supervise product quality. * Manage external suppliers. * Distillery documentation management (consumption, stock, requirements, breakdowns, etc.). * Monitor team KPIs. * Problem analysis (RCA).
