Reconciliation Specialist

**Your Mission** ================ * Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across all payment channels (acquiring, payouts, P2P, refunds, chargebacks) * Matching data between internal accounting systems and bank statements using Excel * Identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies * Collaborating with the account and support teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues * Preparing financial reports based on reconciliation results * Participating in the automation and optimization of reconciliation processes. **What Makes You a Great Fit** ============================== * At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking as a reconciliation specialist * Hands\-on experience with card transaction reconciliation * Hands\-on experience with reconciliation involving payment providers, banks, and internal systems * Understanding of acquiring, chargeback processes, payment infrastructure and cash flow principles * Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) * Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies * Knowledge of English and Russian **Why You'll Love It Here** =========================== * **Meaningful Impact**: a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space! * **Career Development**: we’re young, very ambitious, and serious about growth.
