The role combines **technology, product, and strategy**, working in agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Define, design, and evolve digital products end\-to\-end. * Translate business requirements into technically viable solutions. * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (tech, business, product). * Prioritize initiatives based on impact and value. * Manage dependencies across teams. * Leverage AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and decision-making. * Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and results orientation. * Act as a bridge between business and technology. **Mandatory Requirements** ----------------------------- * \+5 years of experience in technical roles (Software Engineer, Architect, Systems, etc.). * Experience in developing and evolving digital products. * Solid technical background. * Experience leading teams (10\-20 people or multiple teams). * Knowledge of scalable architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud\-native). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
