Technical support to customers during maintenance shutdowns ##### **Job Description** We currently require a **Mechanical Engineer**, whose primary mission will be to participate in the proper development of conceptual, basic, and detailed machine engineering; workshop assembly supervision; mechanical equipment run-in testing; and field assembly and project commissioning supervision within the Department. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Properly carry out basic and detailed engineering, workshop assembly supervision, and machine run-in testing. * Field assembly supervision, as well as departmental project commissioning. * Technical support to customers during maintenance shutdowns. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Minimum education:** Industrial Engineering with specialization in Mechanical Design. **Minimum experience:** 3\-5 years in mechanical equipment design, manufacturing processes, and assembly. **Desirable knowledge:** Machine element calculation and design, manufacturing processes for effective detailed engineering, industrial surveying, and machine fault detection via vibration analysis. **Desirable tools:** Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, KISSsoft, DDS (Adash), SpatialAnalyzer (New River Kinematics), and Office. **Languages:** English B2\-C1\. *Willingness to travel and work abroad* **WHAT WE OFFER:** Professional career development within a multidisciplinary engineering team, participating in international steel industry projects.
