Job Summary: We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design and deploy advanced solutions based on language models and machine learning for high-impact projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer to join a specialized technology team focused on designing and deploying advanced solutions based on language models and machine learning, participating in high-impact projects for national and international clients. The role is based in the cities specified in this job posting and follows a hybrid work model—working some days from home and others from the office, where you can create meaningful synergies with your team. It is mandatory to reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit in Spain. Key Responsibilities: * Design, train, and evaluate Generative AI and Machine Learning models applied to real-world use cases, including NLP and Computer Vision. * Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT, Bard, LLaMA, or others) into enterprise products and platforms. * Implement training, validation, and deployment pipelines for models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI models into production, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Accountabilities: * Define technical architectures for Generative AI and large-scale language model solutions. * Lead end-to-end development of AI use cases—from problem analysis through to production deployment. * Ensure adherence to MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement. * Participate in technical decisions regarding model selection, frameworks, and cloud deployment environments. Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies. * Minimum 3 years of experience applying Machine Learning to NLP and/or Computer Vision. * Professional experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Bard, or LLaMA. * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and training models with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch. * Experience deploying AI models in production environments. * University degree: Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. Desirable Requirements: * Experience using scikit\-learn in Machine Learning projects. * Experience implementing AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. * Prior experience launching LLM-based or Generative AI-powered products.
