In the Packaging Production area, we are seeking to hire a Packaging Supervisor. **Your Responsibilities** * Supervise packaging processes at the plant and organize daily tasks for shift operators. * Manage your team, including PPE distribution, absenteeism tracking, and evaluation processes (GPS). * Ensure compliance with the weekly production plan and proper availability of materials required for batch manufacturing. * Supervise and complete, as well as conduct the first review of, batch documentation and associated records. * Manage sample dispatch to quality control laboratories. * Promote compliance with quality standards, GMP, and internal procedures, and participate in Lean meetings and projects. **Who You Are** * Hold a high school diploma or vocational training qualification (CFGM) with experience. A CFGM/CFGS in Chemistry or related field, with experience in Production areas within the Chemical/Pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of GMP regulations, is highly valued. * Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in chemical or pharmaceutical industrial environments. * Possess user-level proficiency in MS Office. * Have knowledge of and experience working under GMP regulations. * Demonstrate leadership ability, organizational skills, results orientation, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. **What We Offer** * Contract Type: Permanent * Working Hours: Fixed afternoon shift (14:00–22:13) * Benefits package.
