The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Management team, gaining a cross-functional view of the plant’s daily operations. **Functions and Responsibilities** (Process Engineering): * Analyze, document, and propose improvements to production and operational processes. * Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Participate in defining and implementing performance indicators (KPIs). * Support standardization of work procedures. * Collaborate on projects aimed at improving quality, costs, productivity, and safety. * Prepare technical and operational reports for management. **Functions and Responsibilities** (Daily Operations): * Supervise the warehouse’s daily operations. * Monitor adherence to planning schedules, deadlines, and operational objectives. * Ensure appropriate use of resources. * Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping regulations. * Maintain continuous communication with customers and suppliers. * Manage invoicing. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Organization Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics/industrial environments. * Strong analytical capability and orientation toward continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma, etc.). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Prior experience with BlueYonder is considered a plus. * Team management orientation. **BUSINESS UNIT** --------------------- **WAREHOUSING SOLUTIONS** ------------------------- Rhenus Warehousing Solutions is one of the leading outsourcing partners for industry and trade in warehouse logistics solutions.
