You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple countries, managing strategic labor relations, and guaranteeing an optimal experience for our global teams. ### **Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:** **Strategy \& Regulations:** * Design and implement HR and labor relations strategies and policies aligned with the company’s global objectives. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, social security, and occupational health and safety regulations in different countries. * Stay updated on international regulations to anticipate changes and labor-related risks. * Conduct periodic audits on labor regulations, OHS, and data protection. **Labor Relations Management:** * Supervise the correct application of labor regulations in all countries where we operate. * Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies in different markets. * Draft, review, and update employment contracts and documentation according to local and international regulations. * Coordinate the management of labor conflicts and disciplinary procedures, ensuring the best resolution for both the company and its employees. **International Administration \& Payroll:** * Collaborate with global payroll providers to ensure accurate calculation of salaries and benefits in each country. * Supervise and optimize administrative processes for onboarding and managing international employees. * Collaborate with and supervise EOR (Employer of Record) providers. * Ensure compliance and monitoring of the **Equality Plan** and the **Data Protection Law (GDPR)** within the company. **Data Analysis \& Labor Relations KPIs:** * Define, measure, and analyze **key performance indicators (KPIs)** related to labor relations, organizational climate, and regulatory compliance. * Prepare strategic reports for senior management. * Use digital tools for data collection and analysis, facilitating data-driven decision-making. **Digitalization \& Operational Efficiency:** * Lead the implementation and improvement of digital tools to optimize HR and labor relations processes. * Analyze and implement **new methodologies and technologies** to make labor processes more efficient within the company. **Key Skills** * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse international environment, fostering a harmonious workplace. * **Results-Oriented:** Focus on achieving and exceeding established international labor objectives while ensuring employee well-being. * **Planning and Organization:** Skills to manage multiple projects and set priorities that optimize labor relations. **Job Requirements** * University degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, or related fields. * Previous experience in international labor relations. * Solid knowledge of labor laws in different jurisdictions. * Advanced level of English (C1). **Benefits of Working at Zennio** Annual fixed salary of 45k\-54k \+ variable.
