Combination of technical work and direct customer contact At Bo Growth, we are seeking a **Junior Implementation Consultant** to join a Spanish technology company with international reach, specialized in developing technical software solutions that are implemented and tailored to each client’s specific needs. We seek a junior, analytical, and technically grounded candidate, interested in understanding how systems work internally (business logic, databases, integrations) and eager to learn by participating in real client-facing projects. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * You will join a technical team and participate in software solution implementation projects, combining technical tasks with customer interaction. * Technical and functional requirements analysis alongside the team and the client. * Implementation, adaptation, and configuration of existing software solutions according to each project’s needs. * Working with business logic, system rules, and data flows. * Database connection and management: queries, validations, and incident support. * Participation in backend tasks and supporting scripts (Java or other languages). * Technical support during solution implementation and go-live. * Collaboration with internal teams to understand the system’s overall functionality. * Functional and technical documentation of implemented solutions. * Direct customer contact for follow-up, requirement clarification, and resolution of technical queries. **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * Junior profile: recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of experience. * Solid programming foundation (Java or another backend-oriented language). * Knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and basic data modeling concepts. * Analytical ability and interest in understanding systems’ internal logic. * Interest in applied technical work within projects and customer contexts—not only coding. * Curious attitude, eagerness to learn, and desire to understand how things work “from start to finish”. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **Desirable** * Initial knowledge or experience with **Java and Spring Boot**. * Prior experience in implementation projects, technical support, or IT consulting. * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or backend systems. * Experience working directly with customers or end users. * Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum). **Offer** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Flexible working hours and intensive schedule on Fridays and during summer. * Hybrid work model, with initial in-office presence to facilitate learning and team integration. * Office located in Madrid (Cuatro Caminos area). * Continuous learning environment, with technical mentoring and progressive growth. * Opportunities to advance into more senior technical roles or specialized positions.
