Reporting directly to the Care Manager of our Montesoria Care Center, your mission will be to develop and implement physical rehabilitation programs for residents and users, participating in the center’s multidisciplinary plan. Your main responsibilities include: * Participating, together with the multidisciplinary team, in assessments or evaluations related to your professional specialty. * Assessing the patient/user’s functional status, considering physical, psychological, and social aspects, and describing any alterations, functional limitations, disabilities identified, and associated risks. * Developing a specific intervention plan. * Carrying out required rehabilitative treatments and techniques. * Keeping residents and their families informed. * Planning, establishing, and implementing postural exercises and health prevention activities. **What do we offer?** * Contract: Indefinite. * Working hours: 100%. * Schedule to be agreed upon. * Salary to be agreed upon. * Insurance discounts according to internal regulations. **Benefits:** * Opportunities for growth and stability, with continuous training to support your ongoing development. * Insurance discounts. * Guidance, advisory, and support service regarding dependency and disability matters for employees and their families, provided by the Caser Foundation. * Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy. **Desirable:** * Experience in geriatric rehabilitation. * Familiarity with the Resiplus database system. * Experience in the residential and/or socio-healthcare sector.
