Control of schedules, quality, and safety **WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SITE MANAGER** **Based in Ciudad Real \| Projects Nationwide** IBERCESA FIRMES SL, an established and growing construction company with active projects across the national territory, is looking to hire a **Site Manager** to reinforce its technical team. **Main Responsibilities** · Organization and supervision of on-site work. · Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. · Control of schedules, quality, and safety. · Support to the site manager in daily planning. · Monitoring of materials, machinery, and productivity. · Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). **Requirements** · Proven experience as a Site Manager (building construction and/or civil works). · Leadership ability and capacity to organize teams. · Availability to work on projects nationwide. · Class B driving license. · PRL training (20 h / 60 h vocational training under the Construction Collective Agreement) is desirable. **We Offer** · **Permanent contract** with a stable company offering continuous project flow. **.
