**Multilingual Customer Support – Full-Time (Alicante)** **NWVA SL is expanding and seeking new talent for its operational team.** We are looking for a motivated individual eager to grow within a dynamic international environment where communication and service quality are essential. **Work Schedule Organization** * **Full-time contract** * **5 working days per week** * Variable schedule according to rotation * Shifts may include **evenings, nights, and weekends** **Your Mission** You will handle customer requests while ensuring smooth coordination among various stakeholders to maintain a high level of service quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Answer calls and process customer requests. * Verify and update customer information. * Coordinate services with external partners. * Maintain accurate tracking of interventions and cases. * Regularly inform customers about the status of their requests. * Organize operational priorities according to departmental needs. * Adhere to quality standards and internal procedures. **Required Profile** * **English is mandatory.** * Proficiency in additional languages is appreciated. * Availability to work under a flexible schedule. * Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Personal vehicle required. **We Offer** * Full-time permanent contract (CDI) under the Spanish collective agreement. * Ongoing training and mentoring. * Multicultural team and collaborative environment. * Opportunities for career advancement within the company. * Position based in Alicante.
