We seek professionals with solid experience in construction execution, on-site leadership capability, and a focus on proper work execution. Responsibilities * Daily organization and supervision of the construction site. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Production, materials, and productivity control. * Monitoring of construction scheduling and adherence to deadlines. * Ensuring execution quality and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Resolving on-site issues and providing technical support during project execution. Requirements **Civil Engineering Site Manager:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in civil works (roads, highways, urban developments, infrastructure, etc.). **Building Construction Site Manager:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in residential, industrial, or tertiary building construction projects. **General Requirements:** * Experience coordinating teams and subcontractors. * Knowledge of production control and site organization. * Leadership ability and capacity for on-site decision-making. * Results-oriented mindset, with emphasis on quality and deadline compliance.
