Our Massanassa location (Carrer del Camí Fus, 69\) seeks to incorporate a committed Cleaning Operator dedicated to order and hygiene in the hospitality environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and common areas of the restaurant. * Cleaning machinery, tableware, work surfaces, and cooking equipment (grills, ovens, griddles). * Waste collection and management in compliance with current regulations. * Maintaining order in storage areas and service zones. * Monitoring stock levels of cleaning and hygiene products; reporting replenishment needs. * Providing occasional support to the kitchen team in auxiliary tasks such as clearing and organizing. * Strict adherence to food hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP). **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning within hospitality, catering, or the food industry (preferred). * Knowledge of cleaning products, dilution ratios, and disinfection techniques. * Ability to work in high-temperature environments and at a fast pace. * Responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail. * Availability to work meal shifts and/or dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (preferred due to location). **We Offer** * Joining a stable team with over 25 years of history. * Employment contract according to the Collective Agreement for Hospitality in the Valencian Community. * A working schedule adaptable to the restaurant's needs. * A positive work environment in an established family business.
