Power Electronics’ vision is to lead renewable energy generation and contribute to a clean and sustainable world for future generations. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Conduct visual, dimensional, functional, and performance inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality specifications. * Analyze and manage plant incidents (plant NCs and supplier NCs). * Perform product audits and red rabbits. * Conduct initial part reviews and block parts in the system to prevent non-conforming parts from reaching the production line. * Communicate with respective area managers regarding NC management, rework, etc. **What do we expect from you?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control, preferably in the manufacturing sector. + Experience using inspection equipment and performing quality tests. + Experience analyzing product incidents. * Preferred qualifications: Experience leading NC analysis and implementing containment and corrective actions; experience as a product auditor; basic knowledge of manufacturing processes; foundational knowledge of Lean manufacturing and its quality management tools. * Willingness to commute to work in Lliria using personal transportation. * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday. **What is our purpose?** * To contribute to the development of clean energy technology that benefits the environment, guided by our core values of Excellence, Innovation, Flexibility, and Sustainability. **What makes us special?** * Rest areas. * Climate-controlled production environment. * Power Electronics provides a free shuttle bus to its facilities in Lliria. * Cafeteria adapted to daily needs (vending machines, refrigerators, microwaves...) * Ample parking area. \- Direct employment contract with Power Electronics. * We invest in Training through our Corporate University department. * Internal app to stay updated on the latest news from Power Electronics.
